This event is held the Friday before Halloween.
Chairs will oversee the logistical aspects of the event, including setup, balloons, decorations, and any other arrangements necessary. This includes creating a timeline for setup and cleanup activities, coordinating with DJ and vendors, and
purchasing and/or coordinating with families for snack/drink donations.
Volunteers will help decorate day off, run the check in table and help clean up afterwards.

An end of year celebration. Chairs will select menu options, arrange delivery or pickup logistics, and ensuring timely setup, purchasing and/or coordinating with families for snack/drink donations, and overseeing the utilization of funds allocated for catering, entertainment, snacks, and beverages.

The role of this committee is to contribute to the planning, organization, and successful execution of memorable and meaningful experiences that honor the achievements and milestones of the graduating classes.

The sixth grade committee requests $40 per child that will go towards all special events, the class gift to the school, and the grade shirts they will wear for their group picture and any trips they go on. Should additional funds be required beyond this allocation, the committee will organize fundraisers tailored to current needs over the course of the academic year. This can be something new or things we have run in the past (sweatshirts, David's Cookies, etc.)
